“Lågtid” (eng. "Downtime") is an 3.50 min animated short film dedicated to the low points of time. The audiovisual work was born from an interdisciplinary collaboration between visual artist Ellisif Hals, animator Yuvia Maini and composer Cassius Lambert. In the work, they freely explore the subconscious landscapes of Hals's analog etching artworks and examines what happens when the mind is free to wonder in the “unproductive existence” of downtime. The work recently premiered in Malmö Konsthall, is currently being showcased at Romsdalsmuseet and will participate in Tallinn Applied Art Triennial 2024.  Link provided on request.
